To take advantage of the price breaks of any of our package services payments MUST BE MADE IN FULL at the time of purchase. Packages and Promo Deals will ALL EXPIRE either 12 or 18 months from the date of purchase as indicated at the time of purchase. All packages, promotions & certificates must be used in the allotted time. Sessions are & may be transferred but are NOT refundable. Every session must be used and there are NO Roll Over sessions or make up sessions on any of these visits. For additional questions (please refer to cancellation policy). Upon the expiration date of a prepaid package it will then become a non refundable cash credit on all the expired visits. To use the remaining visits you would simply pay the difference of a regularly priced visit.
